I INTRODUCE MYSELF
Mi chiamo Chiara, sono nata e cresciuta in Toscana.
Con mio marito Roberto nel 2010 abbiamo fondato "Le delizie del gatto e la volpe" piccola azienda di catering e servizi di cucina. Da sempre appassionata di fotografia e food design ho frequentato corsi di impiattamento, food design e foodphotography.
Da alcuni anni mi dedico prevalentemente alla valorizzazione estetica dei piatti, alla loro progettazione e infine alla loro realizzazione.
My name is Chiara, I was born and raised in Tuscany.
With my husband Roberto in 2010 we founded a small catering and food services company. Always passionate about photography and food design,I attended courses in plating, food design and food photography.
For some years I have been mainly dedicated to aesthetic enhancement of dishes,their design and finally their creation.

Sul sito questo sito curo il blog di ricette dove oltre agli ingredienti, tempi di esecuzione e passaggi, suggerisco una o più possibilità per rendere gradevole il piatto anche dal punto di vista estetico.
Le ricette, in gran parte provenienti dai quaderni di famiglia, sono tutte testate e fotografate da me. Non mancano rivisitazioni e ricette create sul momento per le quali prendo spunto da ingredienti di stagione e prodotti del territorio.
Nei miei piatti cerco sempre una armonia tra forme, consistenze e colori, traendo spunto tra quelli che sono gli ingredienti della ricetta.
On this website I take care of the recipe blog, where in addition to the ingredients, execution times and steps I suggest one or more possibilities to make the dish pleasant also from an aesthetic point of view.
The recipes, mostly coming from family notebooks, they are all tested and photographed by me. There are also reinterpretations and recipes created on the spot for which I take inspiration from seasonal ingredients and local products.
In my dishes I always look for a harmonious shape,consistency and colour,drwing inspiration from the ingredients of recipe.
Della ricetta e degli elementi cromatici che la costituiscono, studio possibili composizioni in modo da bilanciare le forme ed esaltare i colori in un tutt'uno armonico e bilanciato.
La scelta del piatto di supporto è fondamentale sia per quanto riguarda la forma che il colore. Le decorazioni sono parte integrante della ricetta, uso soprattutto erbe aromatiche e ingredienti della ricetta, senza mai prevaricare quello che è l'elemento principale del piatto.
Of the recipe and the cromatic elements that make it up, I study possible compositions in order to balance the forms and enhance the colors in an harmonious and balanced whole.
The choice of support dish is essential both in terms of shape and color. Decorations are an integral part of the recipe, primarily using aromatic herbs and ingredients of the dish without ever overpowering the main element of the plate.
